Upon arrival, we found our room to be unclean, with the bed not properly changed from the previous guest, a shocking oversight. There were also significant issues with noise, particularly from housekeeping staff who were too loud in the corridors. The room was far smaller than depicted in the pictures, contributing to a feeling of being trapped in a tight space.

Staff was very helpful. Free internet and computer in loby. Rooms were small but safe and clean. Hairdryer in room was a perk! Easy walk to metro.
No it was great and very affordable.

The location is unbeatable, right by the Eiffel Tower with a view from my window! The super nice team, storing our luggage while we explored. The shower worked great, and I loved the cozy vibe of the room. Plus, there are two...

The queen room was large with comfortable beds. That hotel was in a nice and decent location, near two subway stations.

I liked the good attitude of the staff, especially one of the administrators was from Ukraine. The hotel and room itself met expectations, which were not very high. So for overnight stay is quite suitable...

Generally very friendly staff, great location (5-min walk to UNESCO and 20-min walk to Eiffel Tower) and reasonable price for the neighborhood.
Room was very small and not in great shape (some trim in bathroom falling apart; paint peeling on walls in places) and generally looked much worse than it was depicted in pictures on the hotel's website. Walls in building are also very thin - basically all noise from rooms on the same floor is audible, in addition to sounds from people walking around upstairs.

Just a solid selection for a quick stop in Paris with decent value for money. The internet was fast enough to stream videos without any buffering. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from the street.

Comfortable bed. Good central location.
Breakfast a bit chaotic. Seating for breakfast not organised well. Maintenance eg, lights in reception and room broken and untidy. Hotel ok, just needs a bit of tidying up to be cosy.

Central location
no airoo in the room (with 30 degrees outside temperature and metro elevator in front of the door difficult), no refrigerator, mini-gardrobe, filled with a smorgasbord of fans and heaters, only a rack for storing suitcases (4 days lived from the suitcase), equipment can not be called a family room. The technical equipment has been around for many years and is in a state of need of renovation (blind bathroom mirror, missing sink plug, missing toilet brush (including holder), 50% of the lighting was defective, squeaky doors and a room door which wakes the entire floor when it is closed. The breakfast buffet is manageable (2x cheese packaged, 3x jam packaged, 1x fruit yoghurt, 1x natural yoghurt, honey, toasted bread, baguette + croissant. Overall, more like a hotel for a night in a very central location, but that's about it.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially being so close to the Eiffel Tower. The nearby Zig Zag restaurant was fantastic! The hotel was clean, and we found the staff accommodating, great for our family with a small kid....

Room view was good facing street and with sun light. Close proximity to metro a very big advantage , the receptionists very helpful
The TV menu limited , no tea / coffee in my room, The shower water got cold too soon, and the breakfast was always the same

The location was a highlight, with metro access directly outside and a view of the iconic tower from some rooms. The room was clean and cozy. The street noise could be bothersome, especially in a bustling area. An added kettle in the room would have been a significant improvement. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for starting the day, with delicious grilled fish being a standout dish.

simple, good location, slightly cheaper than other hotels nearby. Staff were sympathetic in the midst of the volcano ashes crisis
nice and friendly but not most efficient personnel. A bit disorganised Lack of drawers, storage and space in general in the room. Very poor toiletry kits, no soap bar, no shower cap.The phone system is cumbersome, the internet provision unclear (it says free wifi in common areas in the booking form we receive, but instead it is free in the rooms and they ask you to pay to use the computer in the lobby)
